1.hmmm guild in tabs dont think that it needed
2.some color for Alliance / Horde :S
OR remove guild and make 2 columns LEFT(horde) / Right (alliance)
but its IMHO you can do everything with your thread

Make columns for faction/battletag, otherwise you're in the same position as not having tables (alignment is what they're for, so use them as such)

Also, reduce that spacing, I hate scrolling so much ;P
