Your casts will do slightly more damage, but you won't cast nearly as often, or crit nearly as much. For PvP, go full 333s with a Wintergrasp stat-pvp trinket if you want the use, else just use 2x 333 (or better) trinkets.
Gem and reforge as you normally would.
