Which and with what class? I have a fairly well geared (498 avg ilvl) feral druid, but I still don't think I could solo a majority of the old raid bosses.

Mostly paladin/Dk(and perhaps monk). I believe guardian isn't too bad at it though, mostly lacks DPS (which is all wotlk bosses require now

Two encounter iirc as DK which are doable at 80 and aren't at 90.
Saurfang and Baleroc 25 heroic.
Otherwise pretty much everything doable, except for encounter which require insane DPS & are heavily (only) physical.

Saurfang is possible by a dk at 90, you just need absurd ilevel for it in the current tier. Next tier will walk all over it.
