80 or 85 brewmaster PvE soloer.. Viable?

Hey TI! I recently came into contact with a lot of 80 twink MoP items and was wanting to make an 80/85 to solo old world dungeons for laughs and possibly some BGs for boredom (as windwalker). As some of you might know, Brewmasters are pretty much top-dog when it comes to challengemodes at 90 so I was wanting to get some insight on their 80 or 85 twink soloing capabilities and just how well they match up against blood deathknights and protection paladins in terms of soloing.

Any insight, armory links, videos of soloing/logs etc would be helpful. Thanks!
