Hey I'm back, decided to resub for BT timewalking and realized there was a decent amount of interest in the revival of our traditional Sunday night twink battlegrounds for the 80-89 bracket. So, here's the "poking a dead animal with a stick" attempt at bringing some of that back.
At around 9:00 Eastern time on Sunday, the 15th of March, the 80-89 bracket will hold battleground events similar to the old school 59 bracket wargames. The aim is to have a minimum of a 7v7 so that the battlegrounds feel more like actual battlegrounds than arenas. Obviously, a 10v10 is ideal but even in prime-time that was difficult to obtain so I'll keep my expectations low.
Teams will consist of 2-3 healers, FC(optional) and the rest, obviously, dps. We will try and reduce the amount of spec stacking so only 2 specs of any class will be allowed. Obviously we will try to eliminate class stacking as well, but as of now, we'll take anyone we can in order to get games going. If they succeed, then we'll implement more rules.
