Melees:
308 items from Blackrock Caverns or Throne of the Tides. Stats don't matter.
Slowest Weapon possible.
Rest 283 Boes from the AH.

Casters:
308 items from Blackrock Caverns or Throne of the Tides. Stats don't matter.
308 Wand. They counts as 2 handed weapons. By using a wand over a staff you will get about 3k more health / 40 extra int and 1% extra secondary stats.

Do you know that even though the stats don't matter the items have to be the right armor type? Plate in your case.

My 79 Stan stacked dk was made more for soloing Lk content. But he has almost 80k and doesn't even have eng trink or anything. When my internet gets better I can link him.
