70 Twink Resto Druid - Can anyone help?

And by the way, my friends are all telling me I need to keep relearning Engi until i get something called Tazik? But it looks to me like a DPS tinker, is this wise? Or are my friends trolling? I have Synapse Springs atm. Sorry to ask nooby questions, but I'm really enjoying 70 twink resto druid and wanna improve Soon 1750 rating ^^

synapse is sick as feral and boomkin, and I guess the 480 intellect is quite good as resto as well, but tazik is better if you wanna finish someone in an arenagame
