Good changes, Blizzard clearly looks at PvP and recognizes the issues.

ok so the patch notes are mostly just tooltip changes, they have already changed the coefficients of those abilities.

we'll have to wait for 6.1 to see if anything changes but i wouldn't put it past them to do something like this lol

Agreed. Bunch of people myself included on US that would want to be in on these tournaments and we can easily do it by character copying our toons onto the ptr and queing the tourney games there
