Hey guys,

First post here, decided to get involved in the community!

I was looking for some critiques from high exp resto shaman in both arenas and RBGs.

I feel as though my gear is BiS however I would enjoy some feedback on things that could be tweaked

Here is my armory link: Boozily @ Alleria - Game Guide - World of Warcraft

Cheers!

Welcome to TI :D

Ermm a few suggestions about your gear, 70's are able to get the +35 resi 2 set bonus, do i'd look into that as a rshaman, you have JC'ing so i'd look into the Jc trinket which gives stam+int and a SP CD, also, if you've bothered leveling Engineering on a shaman once, you may aswell re-level it until you get tazik(as 90% of 70 healers have tazik for arena) or get springs if you later on decide to convert to Ele. Also in my opinion hit cap as a rsham isnt of much use, as you have no viable CC at 70 which can miss/resist, so turn one of those hit gems into a spell pen gem and get soft spell pen cap, and turn the other one into a resi or int gem. also as you already have the 2 set bonus of t6 from your belt/boots, your better off getting the Brutal Bracers, as they give more resi/stam, which is what keeps a rsham alive imo. Have fun, Resto is a great spec, i'd recommend giving Ele a good go though, 2 shotting people while having 600 resi is OP as hell. One Love <3

Hi and welcome well you are almost bis you are hit capped that it nice and you have 49 spell penetration that also nice.i manage to find 3 things that can make you bis first you have jc so craft this trinket Figurine - Crimson Serpent - Item - World of Warcraft and second is better to use 2x brutal gear bonus that will give 2x35 more resilience use this Brutal Gladiator's Ringmail Gauntlets - Item - World of Warcraft and this Brutal Gladiator's Ringmail Armor - Item - World of Warcraft, and also if you bother to spend some more gold and time craft also this one Loop of Forged Power - Item - World of Warcraft and i think you are bis. but also now you have very good gear nice job.
ps.I disagree with heazrus that resto shaman don;t need to be hit capped well it sucks when your wind sear miss or your purge also miss you can lost game from this, but the other thinks he said is true.

This is the entire reason I went for hitcap, windshear and purge missing is GROUNDBREAKING for me, hate seeing that hahah

Thank you both for the ideas I will take them into consideration!

I was also unaware that the sets still stacked, read somewhere that they did not, good to know!

bis, I should prolly change the legs for the sunmote ones though, trying out both the pvp and KJ cloak atm not sure which one is best.

on hitcap: windshear can never miss (i'm pretty sure it can't be resisted either), if you're going for it it's only for purge, so it's optional and depends on what comp you're playing, im playing 3x offensive dispel on my shaman so I don't really find it that neccesary, would definitly have it if I played tankcleave or something like that though.
