Something like this Shyfer @ Argent Dawn - Community - World of Warcraft maybe tweak and experiment with Crit gems, but I think this is BiS. (Not my toon)

Btw ignore everyone who wants you to use crit gems to dps. Crit sucks the biggest black dicks you have ever seen. Either go full strength or full haste, but crit has absolutely no use (OK I'm overdoing). Haste has most DPS over a long time (up to ~6,5k unbuffed) while str gives you way more flexibility, can burst a bit more efficient imo. However it has clearly less DPS over a long time (won't get you beyond 6k (unbuffed)). Long time in both cases means >5min. All in all I guess haste is the strongest, but I'm still testing this.

However, I really, really doubt stamina is the best way to go for a Blood DK at 70.

I'd also value Commendation rather than the Sliver, since you've gone full stamina elsewhere.
Regarding DPS stats, Haste/crit will easily be your best stats, str is going to be a complete waste of time due to how gems are and how ability damage is at 70. Sims give a good estimation of how much damage each stat gives you, regardless of downtime in your rotation (crit affects diseases and ability damage, whereas haste does not).
Avoidance/stam gearing for tanks at 70 vs 70 content is kinda a waste of time unless for some reason you have no healers. I didn't use stam stacking vs Magtheridon or my Gruul attempts, and using stam in any content lower than that seems a bit...ridiculous.

What else? Haste? I doubt I'd survive harder Karazhan boss combos (maiden + prince for example) and this is what I mostly do on my 70 - soloing two bosses at once.
Well you did Maghteridon with your paladin and paladin != DK. However, same as above, I do two bosses at once (basically because DKs suck at 70 and can't even solo 25 man bosses after 5.4) and don't see anything else working as fine as stam except for maaaaaybe some haste.

So going for avoidance when you're enjoying the effects of haste anyway is a smart reason why?
Regarding the soloing thing, I'd suggest picking another bracket. 70s with DK was fine in cata without the slightly silly avoidance (nothing compared to 80 ofc), nor healing from DSi (clunky playstyle is clunky). Karazhan has been done by cloth classes and rogues

You've gone for a tbc stun reduction meta which gains you 2 stam over the armor one(which provides more survivability for 90% of encounters). I'm just not seeing it, really. I understand the value of hit for DSi, but if you're going stamina at the expense of any other survival stats (haste, crit, both very much survival stats if we're basing survival on the damage an ability does).
Plus, what's stopping you soloing in the other brackets? World-first mentality isn't exactly something to stop you, as there have been several changes to stats since Aelo made those kills. Here you've got um, basically no competition on the same class (I've only done 60 content, which made me realize how horrible DK is to play at 70), and very little competition otherwise.
