Well first i'd suggest picking up tailoring and then engineering, its gonna be a very costly proff or you can farm for it.

while you're working on that run SWP weekly, need the trinkets staff. Also i dont know why you're wearing a level 4 cape but yeah replace that asap.

over all your gear is 4/10 but can be fixed pretty quick.
