Tried a mid range set with 34 int gems, and in arena without a doubt you want max resi.
BG's - enjoy yourself and watch those big crits with int gear

need a bit more gear than just leggs and staff, a few SWP/BT runs should get you where you want/should be.

You could get a ring for honor that gives you 14 more pvp power ^^
