69 Guradian Druid pvp power stacking

Is it possible to get every slot of gear with gems?
Guardian druid is really good at 39, so i thought i'd lvl it to 69 to try this out

Maybe they perform well at 39, but Guardian seems to be one of the squishiest tanks at 60s. I think the bracket is just too bursty to allow any kind of tankiness to be effective. (Except for disc priests, blizz thinks its an excellent idea to remove the cooldown from their shields)

It could work at 80s, it is a much more balanced bracket. Only MM has ungodly burst, which is getting nerfed this week.

Vers stack or Stam Stack with be much better if you were really wanting to play Gaurdian.

At the same time they removed the most efficient method of spreading attonement, and our only instant cast heal on a short cooldown. PW:Shield shields for less now and is more expensive to cast.

At 60 all tanks that are not plate suck. I know this very well because I have been in multiple lvl 60 and 70 raiding guilds and I enjoy brewmaster and guardian druid but they just are not on the same lvl as plate tanks. You should try this because it could be a lot different after 8.0 but those are my experiences
