US 60 warlock twinking

TBH that book of the dead is the best for stats apart from an epic Foamspittle.

The inscription only enchant is great however, the other option is alchemy. With alchemy you get +23 intellect from the pot and 7 stam from the enchant.

If you wanted to completely min/max your toon Inscription is best as you can buy/craft https://www.wowhead.com/item=13511/flask-of-distilled-wisdom the only problem is that they require the herb Black Lotus - a pretty rare herb usually about 500+ gold a pop on the AH.

Really up to you. I was tired of farming/spending gold on Black Lotus' that I went with alchemy and I'm happy with the result.

Are the waves difficult, do you need to be on a 60+ character to be present when the event starts for it to start for your character? im flyin there rn to see for myself but figured id pose the question. The alch pot is sweet i have it on some 19s from back when, and I can agree that the offset of alch pot with the stam shoulders makes total sense as well.

Guess its a good thing i kept that book i guess then lol. I think what ill end up doing is if an epic foam staff doesnt come up in the meantime while doing this - ill farm the dagger from mara and use manual of the clouds for the burst of vers

the event procs ever hour on the half hour regardless of player intervention. I would suggest not trying to solo it on a 60, i would assume you will not be able to solo it but demo is broken atm so who knows

Yeah it's pretty rough as a 60. there are just too many mobs and some elites.

pretty sure all the gear I have has been talked about though except maybe the offhand from the TW Av. Not sure if the regular one is as good but it might be worth looking into as another offhand choice.
Also it took me like 50 runs to get dagger from mara but I got the epic foamspittle in under 10 minutes.

Small update on my progress - i got blade of eternal darkness so ill be using that with (elemental force)? and for offhand i got book of the dead and manual of clouds for vers boost for fun
