I've done a similar thing with my deathknight, just for fun. Stamina is fun for a little while, but i spent most of the time in a strength set. After you spend most of the game getting stunned while 5+ whittle your health down, it gets old. He's at 80 now, too many setbacks with the 60 bracket, but i do have two 60 pallies now...
Realize this is with full stamina gemmed gear (blue gems, remember, which does make up a little switching to epic if you were trying to recreate this now, without shoulder enchant), and with 450 engineering, the two 81 stam trinkets, and mechanized snow goggles (i forget if i was using battle or agility (agility had about 130 stam i think, i can't remember). It's slightly under the 27k mark because missing a food buff or motw, and could squeeze some more out of imp. This health is very situational at best, not something you are going to see regularly in wsg flag carrying. I did not have mining, i was actually in the process of getting blacksmithing to 450 for sockets (and dillydallying for months because i had spent already 7k+ gold on this character) when the change was made for 450 professions at 65.
personally my experience solo flag carrying... it's not that fun to eat every snare, i don't recommend it.
