EU+US 60 druid gear/spec

Hey so just hit 60 on my druid last night and still gearing, currently 4/7 on socket gear obtained.
What's better overall for dps, balance or feral? Currently running balance as my gear is int/crit socketed for healing but feel weak.

Outside socket gear, what would you all reccomend i get for either spec? Only non socket gear i am aiming for is blade of eternal darkness with book of the dead
Looking to get gear sets for all 4 specs, i have engi so not an issue getting anything from there.

Any help is greatly appreciated

I’m geared for guardian, and the spec is a meme atm tbh. But even with guardian gear feral does great dps, boomy seems good, but I haven’t played it with bis so I can’t give you an accurate answer on that.

Was doing dungeons yesterday as boomkin with a ww monk, i was pushing 300-400 dps and about 700 aoe while a monk was pushing 600+ with nearly 1k aoe. The monks a little bit more geared than me but not alot. Made me feel very weak

You'll struggle to match pve dps with melee at 60. The mobs simply die too quickly, especially if you're running dungeons with other twinks you won't be able to cast a full rotation effectively.

Moonkin is pretty bursty and is a nightmare in battlegrounds and world pvp due to their mobility, dot damage and on demand burst.

However, due to how resto scales, you'll likely do the most dps as resto with feral affinity and master shapeshifter pvp talent.

Feral does less dps than resto with feral affinity... so there's little point in playing that spec.
