EU+US 60 DK or 69 DK?

with the way that stat scaling works with templates in BGs now, would it be better to make a 60 blood DK in this bracket or a 69 blood DK? i'm taking into account how much easier it would be to "gear" a 60 DK vs a 69 one, since from what i can tell, you can "twink" yourself at 60 pretty well just from equipping all the BOAs and doing dungeons for warforged satchel loot pieces.

how much of a difference does extra item level even make in this bracket?

0 difference between a 60 and a 69 dk other than access to nitro boost and 1-2 extra abilities such as interrupt.

It's all down to if anyone would even play with you at 60 for being 69. If you like not dueling 60s then 69 is for you.

i have a 59 , ex 60 and 69 dks and I would say my 59 is my favorite but I would say 69 for bgs
