60 AV twink status

I am debating taking my 53 mage to 60 and making her an AV twink. With 3.2 approaching what is the status of 60 twinks in AV, and will this be pointless?
 
What if it was a vanilla wow account? Would it be worth it then
 
I know that, but if its a pre BC account, then wouldn't that mean i could do AV with all the levelers at 60?
 
If i get u right now u then i think yeh u can face all the lvl 50+ who enters and u will still not get xp but if u turn it off u will probably only face 60 twinks
 
does anyone have some armories of 60 twink mages i could look at? or ideas of professions for 60 twinks?
 
u can only have 350 skill in the proffs so it dosent really mather what u take as the Bwl/Aq40 is better might only be enchanting thats worth taking or its gathering profs
 
i thought it was 450? and 60 twink wise what classes tend to excel?
 
what casters do well? not really interested in melee.

ïts 375 wrote wrong but u need lvl 65 to get 450 skill before eni wasent that but they fixed it a few weeks before 3.1
 
so wait....I can't get higher than 375 professions? I thought that at 60 you were able to get up to 450. If not when was this changed? I understand fialotta commented on this but I can't understand it at all.

It was changed from 60 to 65 in 3.1. QQ.
 
All casters have potential to do well, although you'll need to be crafty. However, it looks like warlocks are the most devastating. Just make sure you've got engineering, as rocket boots and invuln belt will save your ass quite often. Just keep in mind that 450 engineering has been grandfathered, so while players have kept their 450 engineering, you can't follow their footsteps :\

Don't even start that here, get enough about it on Reckoning forums =/

But Engy/Anything, as the +45 sta trinkets are still VERY good.

Start what..? The belt and boots are still obtainable, as you can reach 375 engineering at level 60.
