51-60 AV is back. I'm bringing back my warrior. Hell yes.

I'm not sure how viable armor penetration is going to be, It seems situational. Though you do see a lot of death knights and +rating enchants scale a bit higher than normal so it is "BiS".

Oh, here's my 60 in Ruin that I cant play anymore... hopefully Blizzard will open up some loophole so I can one day.

Why would you not wear the socket gear, I don't get it.



I hear this all the time... "socket gear noob" "sockets are a crutch" blah blah blah. The fact of the matter is the socket pieces are by far best in slot. Choosing to wear best in slot gear is not only the opposite of a noob decision, its the obvious decision.



Shut up with your elitist outdated gear wearing baddy bullshit. I mean that in the nicest way possible.

Ha, for a start i have the full set, but why make a 60 and use that gear you think you can play real good ebcause you have tbc gear and out rate everyone else, it may make you face roll but can you really play your class, hmm i doubt it, you need that gear to help you progress, unlike with pre gear its actually fair, thats why, outdated ha, obviously you are running around in tbc greens, gg
 
can you both be quiet. The definition of a twink for world of warcraft is someone who goes OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET GEAR THAT IS USUALLY UNOBTAINABLE FOR THEIR LEVEL; Best in Slot gear. This means that going out of your way elronia, isn't doing pvp and getting some epic field marshal crap, it means going out, getting what is the BEST POSSIBLE GEAR FOR YOUR CLASS, and facerolling. If you don't like ppl that faceroll elronia, guess what? LEVEL 60 TWINKING IS ABOUT FACEROLLING IN ALTERAC VALLEY. Hate to burst your bubble, but thats how it works.

You two are forgetting the fact that TBC/WoTLK was terrible. I personally would use the reason "TBC/WotLK WAS BAD", to excuse not getting the gear/socket gems. It's a perfectly valid reason if you want to experience the amount of power you had back then, and make it a challenge for yourself even in the 61-70 bracket while still having power enough to defeat others.

Actually that's a very stupid reason. There is no valid excuse not to have the BC gear.



The only reason not to get it is so you have an excuse in your mind when you get destroyed by somebody that does have it. "Oh, your wearing socket gear. If I had it you would be mincemeat. Crutch more baddy". I don't know how people can be such egotistical ass holes. There seems to be a lot of people with that excuse in this bracket.



At the end of the day all that matters to me is that I BEAT YOU, my character is better than yours, you died, you lost, etc etc.



Quit making excuses, get the gear, be competitive, QUIT WHINING.

Don't get me wrong. Of course I'll have 2 or 3 sets of gear for ACTUAL competitive play. But I'll feel even better about myself when I beat a socket scrub in my pre-Expac gear.

Theres a 300+ rage post thread about this in the vengence battlegroup forums which boils down to about 10 twinks saying the same 2 arguments over and over check it out.
 
Hmm.. Am I missing something? I logged on my 60 and queued for an AV and it was 60-70. Not sure why I'd bother playing against people geared 2 expansions ahead of me, imagine how many more GLGs I would have to QQ about :-(
