could be, what are your reasons then? your core reason/statement: 60 has no resil has been refuted.

Purely due to the fact I can 1v1 any healer, as long as they are not resilience stacking, of course. However I'm sure I could pvp power stack to effectively counter a chunk of it anyway.

I've come to the conclusion you've got two brain cells: one is in a wheelchair and the other one is pushing.

I know how both pvp resilience and power work.. I stated i can 1v1 healers (in a duel, without them stacking resilience. I have not dueled any healer stacking resilience), so I said even if they were, i'd stack pvp power which would effectively reduce the effect of their resilience stacking? How blind do you need to be to read that?

I'm busy now. Can I ignore you some other time?

pvp power doesn't "counter" resil (at lower levels).

resil percentage that is 80%+ simply cannot be countered by stacking pvp power.
