How do I get that? I got my LW up to 582, but I cant figure out for the life of me how to get 6 stam 2 dodge on legs.

Send in a ticket yourself. If they can restore entire professions, Im sure they can do a dis-service by de-leveling. there's literally no benefit from that I would think

That's level this is proffsI remember accidentally dinging 20 pre xpoff options, they would not de-level then and I seriously doubt they will de-level now regardless what it is for. Good luck anyway

No its from Leather working, its an embossment. Scribes get a shoulder specific enchant but unfortunately twinks cant use them.
