Just saw this in the SHOP.. You need to log into one of your game character and click SHOP icon at the bottom right screen to see this.. You can keep the number of transfers and use it as and when you need to transfer.. Works out to about $13+ per character transfer.. Quite a good deal for those who frequently transferring characters
