ok we cannot build our own shipyard cos it requires a level 3 garrison which requires level 100.

but can level 90s complete higher level garrison missions from friends garrisons?

I read somewhere that if you already have an AGM, you'll get the heirloom in your inventory . I'm assuming that means the existing AGM will be GF'ed.
