PVP

You still are unable to lock XP on a non active subscription account.

Just logged my unsubbed 19 on US. Looks like XP got turned back on.

So to clarify, you may buy time on an account and twink at 19. But once your time runs out XP is turned back on and you will level to the cap, which would be 20. If you are already a 20 and buy time to use the AH, etc. the first thing you need to do it shut off XP, so that you don't level and lock yourself out of your 20 once you run out of time again. It looks like free 19's won't be a thing. All the more reason to get your BoA and chants to vs those 29s...

Alliance trinket does not transform into horde trinket.

Heirloom mount gets mailed to you.

Per Blizz... "Dread Pirate Ring should correctly provide a bonus to Stamina, Critical Strike, and Haste once more (was incorrectly set to Intelligence, Stamina, and Critical Strike)." So no +int DPR inc.

Resil has been removed from all pvp heirlooms, and replaced with other stats

You can no longer receive a refund when buying Heirloom, it's immediately added to the tab.

CHAT

You can pst anyone's battle tag you have listed. A p2p can invite you cross realm, there is no need to realm hop and have a p2p on either side. Should be way easier to form groups as any realm can join any realm so long as there is a single paid account.

MISCELLANEOUS

You can still create DKs but only on Moon Guard. There is no "unlocking" realms anymore. http://www.twinkinfo.com/forums/f43/create-your-dk-now-60668/

You may not pet battle on an inactive subscription account. However, any pets you have obtained while you were active stay. It's the same for gold, you may keep your extra gold above the cap of 10 but are unable to generate more.

Mog prices have remained the same, it's still 1g for all mogs at level 20.

Veteran accounts can not use guild vault or mailbox. You remain in guild once your subscription runs out but you do not have access to either of these.

TY added. Are you on a trial account that has upgraded? It seems weird they wouldn't let you shut XP off. I bet it takes a few days for all the trial restrictions to be lifted from your account... When did you upgrade?

[MENTION=18568]Hashbrowns[/MENTION] , You can use Battle.Tag service with no restrictions, witch means you use it on a F2P in the exact same way you use it in a P2P, with the exception of Invites of course(you cant invite people with it).

But there wont be any restriction in realm hoping (mass invites from p2ps i guess, the realm doesn't matter anymore).

It's an old account that I haven't paid game time on. Last time I logged into the 19 was about 3 months ago, and I'm pretty sure XP was off. Game time has lapsed. I should be getting another free 10 days of WoD trial next week, assuming they still offer those.

Also tested pet battles on the vet account, and it didn't work. Failed to create pet battle. You do keep all your items though. You also keep your gold above 10, but you can't get any more than what ever you are carrying.

Just change it to show all looms for all classes. Easy fix. The same issue people have with vendors not showing things.

Also. no more DKs means exactly that. It says that vets and F2P can't make them when you try. You can probably log into one that you haven't logged into if you have previously created them, I made a few for that purpose, just in case there was some new level 40 mount I wanted, but I haven't tested that yet.

Yes, we are able to. They are shard on our whole account, so i don't see it being a problem!

No Dks means exactly that x)
At least I had some Dks that I used on my p2p account (now innactive) for realm hopping but now they appear as innactive.
All my toons above lvl 20 show that they're innactive, so I can't access to them.

Also tested stopping exp on a lvl 17 (from a p2p innactive acc, now Vet). It's not possible to stop exp.

The big question here is... if you buy a month, lock XP on your active account does it stay when you run out of time.

New bs update!
While f2ps benefit from bnet in-game (my acc is linked but never had a suscription active); my veteran account does not see bnet at all, so I can only see the friends that I had added, no bnet at all x)
What is this? lol

No, xp is turned back on upon login. The 19s have a thread confirming this unfortunately.

The Bnet thing is most likely a bug. I can't see why they'd want F2P to have it but not vets. I get free time next week, so I'll be able to test the XP staying off at 19. I'm pretty sure it was off though, but it was 3 months ago, so not 100% sure.

Just found Lenny on that toon's realm and I can't talk on f2p channel, neither can he
it says STARTER EDITIONS CANNOT SEND MESSAGES TO THIS CHANNEL (on both, my f2p and my vet)
So, no f2p addon for now

You might wanna turn on the workaround option for recently upgraded accounts in f2paddon. I'm guessing the addon thinks you're p2p and tries to send messages through channel messages rather than whispers disguised as channel messages.
