how do u even do timewalking raid??

There's an NPC next to the timewalking vendor that will queue your group for the raid. Only BC, Wrath, and Cata timewalking events have raids, so next raid isn't until June. You have to be level 30+ for Black Temple and Ulduar, and 35+ for Firelands. Best bet is to make your own group since most people won't invite lower levels...but you might get lucky if you apply to a bunch of groups.

What raids can you solo as a 59? Like up to, my guess legion mythic, cant imagine bfa soloable the raids

i can solo Mythic legion. no way i could solo BFAs. I can check if i can solo the mythic dungs.
