50s raiding on PTR

We were talking on vent with people from both the US and the EU project, and thought of this idea that we could basicly raid with a combined group on the upcoming PTR (we are trying to get a stable 10man EU group atleast by then). Im just posting this here for people to discuss about the idea and to inform those who might not hear about this elsewhere.

As of now this is just an idea, but everyone seemed to be interested in it. The best part is that PTR does not require active sub so even people who cant pay to play for whatever reason could join.

I am really excited and I think most of our members are aswell.
It could be very fun to gather and take an 40 raid.

It would be great publicity aswell.

What raid would we go?
How many people should we atleast bring each?

NOTE: Since we have to get our own shit up, it wont be within this month.
NOTENOTE: Also PTR ain't no open yet.

Alright so im thinking, BWL or AQ40, or the posssibility of MC speed run with way to many people. We would each bring 10 core members plus whoever wants to come a long. We could go in a round a month once the PTR is out, we will have to find a time that suits us all. I believe the raid would go on on a saturday at 10pm EU 4pm US around that. Again it is a least a months away but the sooner we organise this the better.

We did AQ10 speed run, and it was actually a lot of fun. I think an MC40 Speed run would be fun

Yea I can imagine us spliting into 2 groups for the fastest run, 1 group at the core hound boss detaches and goes clear trash ahead, that would be so much fun, as well as having a tank for each of Garrs adds

We in Europe would really prefer not entering Molten Core, atleast before trying it out ourselves

This. In a couple of weeks if the PTR is up we should go for a speed run and stream it all. I might be able to attend that.

Started downloading PTR now, seems to be rather swift. Going to need someone in the US to help me make sure wich realm we choose.

Edit: there was only 1 US realm in the list of choises so I assume thats the realm we should pick?

So the PTR is up. Are we going to raid all together? If we all get there and are like 30+ we could begin AQ40 together. Then at least there is 1 raid that we both would begin at simultaneously

If EU is okay with it, I'm pretty sure majority of the people on US would be more than happy to try to put together EU/US 40man raid on MC40.
