Which combines to 430 Hp 36 Attack Power not sure on bonus on parry and 10 hp regen per 5 seconds
This works Because They can be used together as Ones a Battle Elixier while the Others Guardian
Or
Flask of the Titans - Item - World of Warcraft 400 flat out hp but isn't lost on death
This is less costly but not as good

This gives a decent boost to dps adding around 16.67dpsx#ofmobs its hitting it'll help tanks hold agro better to. This is mostly just theorycrafting atm though were not sure if its on spell hit rating or it always hits atm

Rumsey rum (15stam) and halaani whiskey (20 stam) both count as food buffs, and are better than Tender Wolf Steak - Item - World of Warcraft.

I can confirm that Elemental Sharpening Stone - Item - World of Warcraft works well and good!

Furthermore Winter Squid - Item - World of Warcraft can be caught right about now which means agility-based DPS classes should be stocking up to make alot of Grilled Squid - Item - World of Warcraft , the fish can only be caught for a few months of the year.

If you are going all out on buffing up, Elixir of the Mongoose - Item - World of Warcraft is a nice addition too.

Add these man, the Goose Elixir & Squid Food rival the current listings.

Good list on the whole, I like it. Should be put into 50-59 guides.

Don't you get a double bonus to food buffs as a pandaren? Pandas could be the bis race for ele shamans if so. I'll look it up.
