Okay, so after messing around a ton on the PTR, 24s that enchant for stamina should have a little less than 3k health. My druid is at 2750 health unbuffed with all the enchants available. As for tanks with all these enchants / 2 AGM's, they should be pushing 4-5k health. My mana regeneration however is terrible.

Oh god... :x..

Not about gear... but:

Hunters

  • Counter Shot is now a baseline interrupt ability learned by all Hunters at level 22.

it's a good job 99% of 24 hunters have the same brain power as a peanut. They will probably Counter my blazing speed.

I'm very curious to see how crit enchants could scale. Hoping that this will make my 24 warrior more viable by stacking some crit on him.

How does adding leg armor or even shoulder enchants scale? Now whats the best enchant for caster? Can you do jade spirit?

thanks for the link. Hopefully someone will put together a nice guild for new bis items/enchants

Still not allowed to start threads so I guess I'll have to put this info here.

So basically, I went on the PTR and tested out the scaling on Lord Blastington's scope of doom, Currently, the tooltip reads that it procs for 68 agility on my 24 hunter. Unfortunately, it seemed to be bugged on the PTR and wasn't proccing at all but from my experience at 90, I'd say this procs roughly every 20 seconds. (The buff lasts for 10)

Dancing Steel will likely proc for about 60 agility. keep in mind that you can have 2 of these buffs simultaneously. Rogues will likely see big eviscerates but very few big ambushes since the proc won't happen until after they've opened. From my experience at 90 I'd say rogues can expect to almost always have at least one of these procs up at all times in the middle of a fight. Probably not going to be as consistent at low level however.

Frankly, I don't care enough to go test out a ton of enchants on the PTR and see the exact numbers they scale to, but my educated guess is that P2P accounts will be able to get enchants that are about twice as good as the current BiS enchants. so instead of +9 agi to feet around +18

But who knows, I'm just going to wait until patch day to find out.

Honestly most of the enchants are worse than current BiS ones. I have seen a couple exceptions though. Major Strength to gloves is 15 strength. Major Stamina to bracers is 15 stam. But really other than that the enchants are the same, or slightly worse. TBC and WOTLK enchants seem to scale better than Cata and MoP so really the only MoP enchants that will be used are the weps, which do scale quite nicely :)

seems like the leg armors will be really good. saw one with +22 stam and 11 crit or something like that. ones with 11 agi and 11 crit. Think i saw some with over 20 spell power. shoulder enchants will be great too and being able to have +8% movement speed in addition to a stat will be sick.

Also just found out, boomies and shadow priests will be able to cast all healing spells without leaving moonkin/shadowform as a baseline ability. No longer a glyph dependent.

Sound the alarms.
