twinks i want to play are on servers where i have no 80's. i won't roll a twink into a BG without shoulder, scope, leg enchants, etc. that i need.
experienced the imbal of not having these in WOTLK when players had head, shoulder, leg, scope, etc. enchants due to having 80's and BOA's. the bracket was rather insane at the time and quit the bracket then for near 7-8 months till blizzard as some remember nerfed all those to require a level, guess they don't see a issue with this 4 years later or they forgot the affect this had even in leveling BGs

dude this allows people to steamroll already mindless dungeons and plus u can buy 200% xp multiplier in blizz store i dont see hwo this is bad for gaume???
faster leveling so people can raid on 16 alts in subpar guilds that reach completing content one expansion after it was release xlmaOe

I think the problem is exactly what shanker stated. Most people have moved their tinks to servers with no mains and some of us like myself absolutely have no reason to own a main unless forced. I do have a main where most of my twinks are but I also have twinks on Bleeding Hollow that I am not touching right now because of no ability to get shoulders/legs enchanted. That's going to be frustrating for a big portion of the transfer twinks and it may affect the player base considering I didn't get 1 que last night.

the only bracket that you listed there that might be worth playing is 90s
24s are the biggest fucking joke of a bracket that has ever existed, not only is it a bad bracket but the quality of players rivals that for worst individual skill group of time gone past.
70s i dont even know where to start? Maybe with one "flash" heal is 120% of the HP pool? k
29s might be decent with this patch and 39s will probs be the most balanced for arenas as the scaling is a little less ridiculous in comparison to any of the low level brackets.
Btw, 19s died when BM barrel monks entered the mainstream meta strat :\

For once I mostly agree with Lord Derv on something. 20-24 is a laugh-fest, there's literally no reason to play that bracket unless seeing "jajajaja" every 30 seconds and going 30-0 on the charts is appealing to you. I've played it out of sheer boredom and unwillingness to play 90s, and I can easily walk across the field with the flag and live through 6 F2Ps chasing me down.
I've never done 70 but I hear it's pretty lulzy as well.
I would love to see a comeback for 29s and 39s. 29s seems especially fun judging by the few games I've done recently, and 39s has always been fun.

i wasnt listing those as brackets worth playing, just brackets where there is at least some activity in regards to bgs for 20-24 and arenas for 70, and 90 because its level cap and what everyone plays. my point is, if ques dont happen when people are trying out shit on the new patch, its not gonna be any more active than now once people have time to see how balanced out rogue is and other sht
