Which is better to twink at 70 or 74 considering you only get wings at 72.

How decent is the burst?

I wouldn't make any concrete decisions as of yet, what is awesome right now might be not be in a few months time etc.

72 is best i think.. nifflevars makes higher white hits than any 2h yet its 1h and fast so alot of exo procs... enough to reliably use them in your rotation.. also hammer of wrath gives holy power so when combined with the harsh word and word of glory glyphs you can pretty much solo anything but a disco or resto... and thats whilest not even being properly gemmed (still crit gemmed.. getting pvp power)
