even with balance hp and mana you'll get high spell power. itemization and enchants are better than ever, its not like prebc where you had to really sacrifice stuff. plus as a priest you can aim a bit lower on sta since you'll pretty much always have PW:F to help, and nifty shields

Kindling Stave: 40SP and Brilliant Wizard Oil

Dignified Headmaster's Charge: 30SP

Enchanted Azsharite Felbane Dagger: 63SP, Brilliant Wizard Oil and 9/9 Drakestone of the Eagle

Arbiter Blade: 40SP, Brilliant Wizard Oil and 9/9 Drakestone of the Eagle

Grand Staff of Jordan: 30 SP



Drakestone of the Eagle: 9/9 is imperfect, whereas 10/9 or 9/10 would be perfect.

Pick. I'd go Kindling Staff tbh.

by far the most sp and pure damage you can inflict is via BOA mace and drakestone offhand (and if you cant get drakestone there are 2 nearly as good offhands that are easy to obtain)



kindling staff is only better with the mana oil on it and thus should not be used in arena or without the oil.

In Arena, I roll with GBS and toggle to BoA-mace + Enthralled Sphere for SP (1005 mana -> 85SP) - but if you want to rock the most SP outside of BGs, get the Enchanted Azsharite Dagger. If you're looking for the one weapon to have equipped at all time, or don't have access to BoAs, I'd suggest the Kindling Stave or an Arbiter's Blade with an Enthralled Sphere. All of the three items are good and easily obtainable.

I used so much Brilliant Wizard oil on my 49's lock and with my SP partner.



Wow, I used to farm Scholo so I could have a full 20 slot bag on me and in the bank of that stuff. The rep was a pain to get on my main when 70 was the cap but damn if I wasn't making more money on that stuff than I did on any other consumable I made.

Brilliant Wizard's Oil ain't that expensive anymore. I fixed myself ~50 oils for 150g.

I was on a post-BC realm where only a handful of the people even had the recipe. Likewise I couldn't find 30 spell power for weapons if my life depended on it.

if you had an 80 on that server you could farm zg and mc for both. if not, find new server!

+30 SP isn't that hard to farm anymore. My friend wanted it, and got +30 SP to Weapon and +16 SP to gloves, along with Fire Power to Gloves on one AQ40-run. Likewise, I've run MC four times since WotLK and seen +30 SP BoE-formula drop 3 times.
