which bracket do you guys prefer

as you are asking in the 40-49 forum, you can expect that most people here prefer 49. I prefer 59, but I also like 49 a lot and it is my old home. If you don't want to grind socket gear and therefore probably have a slightly easier time gearing and lvling too then 49 is an advantage. If you want the extra stats and wotlk/tbc access both some content and tmog and some gear and still having all classic gear scale to you then 59 also more abilities. Sulthraz is really strong in both brackets but probably relatively more in 49 than 59.

At 59 I found queues slower and you have to deal with dks (they're not op, just annoying with grip and stun). 49 is fun but fury is busted. Otherwise a good bracket. I play fury and it's very fun at 49.

I enjoy the 49 bracket a lot que times are usually fast and it's a fun way to kill time!

I have never played in the 59 bracket, but I can say that I really enjoy the 49s. Both Horde and Alliance (US) have some great players that make it pretty competitive! Usually when it's a premade vs premade weather you win or lose it ends with GGs from both sides!

pick 49s. if you want to "gem" in a real bracket. go 70-79s imo =P
