49 hunter twink?

Hey, since my hunter is on ruin and that isn't the most active group for the 30-39 bracket I've been thinking of moving on up to the 40-49 bracket. I have a few questions though...



1. Are hunters viable in this bracket?



2. Is the 40-49 bracket active on ruin? I've heard is the nonofficial twink battlegroup for the 40-49 bracket.



3. Where can I find a 40-49 hunter twink guide that's up to date? None in the guide forums that I can find.



4. how much do you think it would cost to fully twink a level 49 hunter twink?



5. Is the cake a lie?

1. yes

2. ruin is where its at for 40-49 on US servers

3. twinkinfo.com should be fully up to date

4. roughly the same as any twink, there is a mix of BoP, BoE, and BoA...some of the things that might jack up the price include finding&paying for ribsplitters, actually other than that i think hunters are almost all BoA/instance gear -but check to make sure.
