40 Crit Scope not legit?

Out of curiosity. [ITEM]Heartseeker Scope[/ITEM] Can be placed on ranged weapons of any level. It works the same way as [ITEM]Sniper Scope[/ITEM].



From what people are saying, they are considered "not legit". I personally don't see how this is an exploit because it obtained and attached the same way as [ITEM]Sniper Scope[/ITEM] which most 39 hunters use. So does that mean they are both "exploits".



Again, I'm bored and curious about this issue.

It's not illegit, Nor is it an exploit or a cheat. But it's rude and inconsiderate. I personally look down upon hunters that use it, purely because hunters need to understand that they are OP enough without it, I mean why be so selfish and make OUR lives harder?

I heard not too long ago that it now has a level restriction, making it not possible to use at 39. But this is just heresy and could not be accurate by no means.

Hmmm... So the use of the extra 40 crit is basically just poor "twink etiquette"?
