Yea. You get another millisecond to be /facerolled by a hunter. There are really no situations were 60 hp would be better than 4 stats as a sub rogue. Unless you are temporarily running the flag, 60 more hp is not viable.

Any hunter can do 60 damage within a global cooldown.



Meaning you wont have an extra gcd to get another waylay.

+4 stats for the dps, defensive rng (although minor) and the fact that it's just better. 60hp is about as useful as a trapdoor in a canoe and will get burned so fast it won't make much difference, you wanna get your target down ASAP not tank their team or whatever it is you plan to do with your 60 extra hp.

but what if I have to perform an aquatic insertion without bieng seen?
 
Look at it this way, if you gain 60hp, but put it on 10 diff chests, thats 600hp you've gained.





Pure profit.
