In the low-level brackets, gear can only get 2 different amount of stats. If you have seen a total of 6 and a total of 7, no total of 8 can drop.

P.P. This rule only works for the green/blue BOEs, dungeon/event items may scale in a different way.

Maybe you mean there are only 2 available sums for low level boes? In this case however that would mean 2/5 and 2/4 would exist for pagan mitts assuming that secondary stats can either be 6 or 7.

At 19, for gloves the max is 7 stats and for pants its 9.

Another thing is that they cant be that far apart. Other than the bg items, if the sum is 8 for example, you can only get 3/5 and 4/4, 2/6 does not exist. 2/5 does not exist for a sum of 7 also. The biggest difference is 6/3, for the leggings, which have a total of 9 secondary stats.

This happens in BG gear, green lens and maybe some other pieces and how it works is, the further away the stats are, the less over stats they will add up to. I’m guessing your legs are either 6/4 or 5/5?

BG gear does not follow the same rule. Ring/bracers/offhand all can go 1/4, which is impossible for greens / rdf rewards. Same for the leggings.

For green Lens, 11 vers 6 crit / haste is bis. 10 vers 8 crit is possible, but 1 vers > 2 crit.
