4.3.2 Are people up for cross server full 80 icc raids.

that would be awesome if it started at lvl 60+ and they just add relevant raids according to lvl. if its 85 + that will be a huge upset to me..
 
It would be usefull if people would post if they're EU and Alliance or Horde.



I'm currently Alliance - EU, but by the looks of the PvP, everything happens at horde side.



Also this is cool and all that, but most of the twinks I know tend the ragequit after one wipe, hope you're not like that

Twinks don't rage quit mainstream and brutal heroes do.



Very true, and by the looks of it several 80's twinks have actually raided wotlk contenct wile it was a challenge which should make everything ( with the best out there ) mostly good and smooth runs.



For those of you who dont know i do play on european servers.
 
CoU actually had a meeting about this 2 days ago. We are going to utilize this tool once its released to its full capacity for all 3 groups.



We're only horde so...



Example: If we're missing a few people we'll find a few people on realid with 80's to join us or post on TI. More than likely the members will also be prone to join pugs. I'm not saying I wont, but at this point in time managing 3 groups is about all I can personally handle.



Its a very unique tool, I am really excited to see it work
 
im less concerned with either 75 or 30k, and more concerned with the fact mirrors will be 1 shot. not to mention different mechanics that would bone you....however i would be interested to see a few blood dks tossed in there. maybe one legit healer just to make sure.

boss swingtimer is around 2sec. 25 mages = 75 images. they won't all be dead, and they don't die to aoe.
 
different boss have different swing timers, others have cleaves, spawn adds, or any other number of things that would kill an image

also they dont like, hold threat, unless im mistaken. the first mage to get a 40k arcane blast crit would be 1 shot, then all the other real mages would follow
 
Once a mage pops mirror images they cannot take aggro from the boss until the mirror images are dead, simple.

There a boss that hits much faster than that, except maybe festergut. but then the boss still has to hit 75 times before he gets to the first mage. but festergut has an aoe, so the mage dps is higher because of incanter's absorption.



There's a guy on youtube who was destroying cataclysm 5man bosses with 5 arcane mages. The concept is the same, just scaled up.
 
images only last 30 sec tho meaning they'll only stop roughly 15 hits, not 75

all the mages will also have to be semi-smart and running something like omen to make sure they still arent top threat when their images die, otherwise they'll get 1 shot before the boss moves to the next image set (assuming that someone elses images could even take threat priority over a foreign mage once their own set is down)

and thats a best case scenario too: a simple tank and spank with no adds or aoe that will hurt anyone during the 30sec.



wouldnt go very far in icc imo. marrowgar would be taking out 3 images at a time with his cleave, while mages are being spiked and moving from fire and bonestorms - meaning 30k is generous for a self buffed + consumables mage & no hero, not to mention all the movement and target swapping.

then lady d has her adds that will chew through mirrors while the mages are taking down the shield. you also lose time on target when you have to sheep people, move from D&D, interrupt frostbolts, and decurse

gunship...either need to rotate mirrors on the horde ship or glitch the boss, but other than that it shouldnt be too bad

if festergut still has ~40mil hp on 25 normal, then i dont see that happening. to kill him in 30sec youd need like 54k dps, with zero ramp up time..and accounting for being vialed



cata 5man bosses are a lot different
