39 Warrior questions

I'm in the process of updating my 39 warrior's gear, and I was wondering if someone could toss a link of a (near) perfect armory for Horde - any spec (prot dps, fc, arms - lol)!



I was hacked a while back and lost my Revelosh gear + a few other items (grandfathered unfortunately), so I'm slowly working on satchel/Rev runs for boots/shoulders, amongst other items. Besides that my own research has turned up quite a few armories all with different levels of gear that leave me wondering as to the ideal gearset! Thanks, and forgive my laziness, I'm sure these answers are scattered throughout the forums.

Prot FC: chardev 8 - WoW Cataclysm

Prot DPS: chardev 8 - WoW Cataclysm

Arms(dont go arms): chardev 8 - WoW Cataclysm

Fury(Prot dps is better): chardev 8 - WoW Cataclysm

100% wrong.





I've sat there and hardly had to heal through an arms warrior's DPS in holy gear/spec. Arms hit like a sissy and the lack of mobiliy and single-target CC makes them pretty useless. Fury would be the better option if you dont' go Prot DPS. They don't have as good as survival as Prot but their AoE CC ability makes them very useful as a support class, and frankly they do more dmg than arms.

I like arms much better and I feel like it is better than prot and fury for damage if played correctly. It's single target CC is even with Prot when you consider Improved Hamstring and Sweeping Strikes is a fantastic ability for chopping through groups or slicing a hunter's pet for a free victory rush.

Heres the thing, I used to hit for 2.1k as arms, after nerf I hit for 1k. prot dps is better.
