39 shadow priest gear/talents?

Hey guys, i'm wondering what gear/talents would be good for a shadow priest at 39, I was thinking of using the exact gear the 39 lock bis shows, but I feel I would go oom fast, also what talents would be ideal? thanks.

pictures are excluding librams so you can do 100 hp, 150 mana or 8 sp (pref 100 hp x2)
can take 2/2 healing focus if you feel you want it
7/7 Eagle Cape or Shadow Wrath when energy cloaks on cd
skull of impending doom, mark of the chosen and agm essential items
rank 1 shadow word pain and mind flay spam for blackout procs
not bad 1v1 but runs into mana issues in bgs (resto hut is fren)
