(Ideal situation would be to have each piece heavy on vers, but you're probably just gonna have to keep searching AH until you got all the right pieces)

Does it even proc now? I don't recall it ever procing on my 60 Disc.

It's been scaled down like a bunch of other enchants but it's phenomenal, gives a HoT that make a difference between someone getting bursted down before I get another heal or not and it's especially good for shaman since I am throwing out alot of individual heals on a lot of people, I definitely recommend it.

WW monk is tier 2, maybe even tier 1. Insane healing if you decide to use Chi Wave in a 1v1. The mobility is the best, just hike if you can't manage the fight. Insane dmg.
