On a semi-related note, I'm finishing up my 39 warrior now so I'll link shortly, but have you ever ran Fury Leeroy?
I assume it's just not as great as this early on the skills have shithouse damage scaling. Looks like it may be a contender in WoD with slam gone from Arms..

Also, what classes are really lacking in this bracket nowadays? I haven't played 39s since my enhance shammy like 3 years ago (RIP PoD)

Functional but gf'd in the sense they can only be obtained via already enchanted heirloom pieces.
