also what about https://www.wowhead.com/item=1404/tidal-charm?bonus=6700 which can be farmed out as epic quality now? for those who don't know https://www.wowhead.com/item=1404/tidal-charm?bonus=6700 is a 30yd range stun you don't need to be in melee range to use it.

I think 1 3 second stun on a 15 min is not worthy of a ban, cool trinket though.

I think the practice of banning items/classes in a tournament setting seems odd, a twink is a twink you make/gear it out as an alt, you gear it out to be the best it can be, that's what separates the dedicated to the casual speed run twink. you should be able to play with the gear you may have farmed out 10-15+ years ago.
*A 3 second stun can definitely sway who wins the mid clash.

I certainly agree, a lot of these are community voted bans. There are some trinkets, like gossamer, which are anti-fun at 39. The rng is too much to have in a competitive setting. And yes, a 3 sec stun certainly wins games. However, the power level of trinkets is so high at 39 that if you drop 1 for a 3 second stun, it may not be worth it since you may be losing 30% dmg on your burst. Which, is great... I like decisions.
