EU+US 35% bonus haste for 15sec (lvl60+)

hey guys! so i was leveling outland alchemy today and found another strong potion.

this potion here: http://www.wowhead.com/item=22838/haste-potion seems to have dodged the squish.

you can use it up from level 60, and it's very powerful at all levels, but on my 60 rogue it gives me 35% extra haste
i've been having a lot of fun with it, nuking efcs

not sure if this is intended or not

TBH, I am drooling at the idea of popping one of these as Fire Mage while some silly 110 belfs are running around Elwynn Forest. Should be easier to burst them down with A few greater pyros.

this + drums of fury lawl xD... if u rly wanna be fast also pop a Lost deck of nemelex xobeh. its like 35% +35% +50%... wtf. but that last one can only be used in the world... or can it? :O did ppl test that yet in BfA? i cant test because my computer is outdated

Did this not scale down with patch? Maybe the high amount was intended. Gave around same % as before so leads me to think intentional
