This is an endorsement, rather than an offer to buy/sell. I needed the +30 sp enchant to weapon for some twinks I'm retrofitting on the Silver Hand server, and found an alliance player named Ghalros who has that enchant. Pleasant fellow to chat with, and I bought three scrolls off of him. If this is a difficult enchant to find on Silver Hand, now you have a source. I hope this helps!
