just encountered a 3.3k hp lvl 29 priest named crime, how is that even possible? i have met many lvl 29 healers in seemingly bis gear and they have maybe like what 2.2 2.3k? and thats on tauren as well.

There’s many sets that you can call BIS depending on the situatoin. Health isn’t everything. I will link you a armoury of a 3k unbuffed priest in soon

i can get 2730~ hp on my 20 in bg without buffs, i bet 29s can get insanely high hp if they wanted to stack hp for some reason

i don't think crime has any 180 pieces, but there's always a possibility - regardless it's probably just a stamina oriented set

when i say bis i mean the overall minmaxed setup, not any focused polarized sets or anything. and i would love to see how this is possible, because i have browsed different pieces of gear ALOT trying to find things i would use for something potentially. and there wasnt many stand out items that were not listed for just general bis set or the exact same stats or close to it...

for example at lvl 20 a baseline for bracers is 4 mainstat and 6 stam. you rarely ever see a deviation from this outside of something having 0 stam and only mainstat etc

Pretty much this. See tons of people asking what's BiS or claiming they are BiS. BiS this expansion is almost a irrelevant term. Unless your going for let's say a glass cannon haste build and you know 100% you have the best pieces with max haste. Most people will wanna balance of stats including stam of course for survivability reasons.

Just quickly made a HP set, 2880 unbuffed. TBH i would never use this set, as you start to sacrifice other sets. I'd use a balanced Auro set, i have one but i will show you that one later on.

Stacking one stat usually means you are sacrificing other stats. That’s why I prefer balanced sets.

unbuffed means what? because if it means without fort then thats dumb, lets just assume for the rest of this thread that unbuffed means 'with fortitude but no non priest buffs or consumables'

3.3k hp is noit even slightly difficult to accomplish with engineering and normal obtainable gear choices, in fact 29 disc is so absurd right now that most geared 29s are afforded the luxury of using the pure int engineering helm and pure int trinkets. This is without enchanting stam at all either

Every item is easily obtainable in the game currently , 2350hp with fort (a self cast buff that will literally be on every single 29 disc all of the time)

You could go way past that if you stacked stam, probably near 4k but that would be a poor choice of stat prioritising in the current meta


Edit - Gearing is BFA is actually absurdly easy and almost nonsensical, theres a bunch of green boe items for every slot that are equal to bg blues(sometimes better) that you can buy on the ah theres fkn bg greens that are equal to fkn bg blues and theres easily crafted engineering items

The fact is that healing specs (mainly just disc and resto shammy) are a bit to strong atm and do a bit to much damage and when a team has 3-4+ of any given type stacked (looking at you ALLIANCE) then it makes for unfun games. But what is fun gameplay is unique to each player, lots of players enjoy farming graveyards for 15 minutes /shrug
