Victory Rush: This ability is now trainable at level 6.

thats sick

not really :/

you have to get a killing blow on something for it to be usable and you arent exactly dropping people left and right in premades and in arena its usable 1 time at most unless its 3v3 or 5v5

Has this been confirmed yet?

well considering ptr notes say

* All abilities that have base cooldowns of 10 minutes or longer cannot be used in Arenas, down from 15 minutes.

and agm is still a 15 min cd on ptr, id say yes.

So you're saying it hasn't been tested yet. We also don't know how blizzard classifies the AGM "use"-- i.e. there may be a distinction between "item uses" and "class abilities".

For instance Wowhead classifies Lay on Hands as an "ability" and classifies AGM as an "Item". I think I would wait to make a conclusion about this item until it has been tested. But you are right AGM does have a cooldown that would fit the criteria of 10 min or longer.

No its not checking AGM, you guys really need to think

the 15 minute rules exist even before TBC even came out.

it says that all ability class being 15 minutes CD and over cannot be used in arenas, it is there to stop battle rez or army of the dead or any real big CDs that over throw the battle.

but right now some abilities have gotten their CD down, including the druid battle rez who is now 10 minutes instead of 30. and thus they needed to make that rule go down as well. otherwise we'd bee seeing ARMY of the dead and Battle Rez in arena's so they made it be 10 minutes instead of 15.

gear abilities have never been checking that rule, and thus AGM will not change !

Its an arena grand master. WTB smart PST

To add:

Warrior-- Glyph of Victory Rush: This glyph now increases the critical strike chance of Victory Rush by 70%, regardless of the percentage of the target's remaining health.

Warlock-- Drain Soul: This spell now deals 4 times the normal damage for all ranks. Previously it was only ranks 6 and above.

This is a Bugfix, but a HUGE buff for locks--an execute for the 19 bracket! And if you land DS on an enemy, they can LOS and pillarhump all they want, the DS goes through shit.
Victory Rush glyph requires level 62 and I don't think it changed. I'll add the Drain Soul bug fix though.

Since 3.3 looks to be next week I am bumping this post and will keep it on the 1st page till it comes. If anything is wrong, let me know so I can change it.

Now that the ability Victory Rush is available at our bracket, I'll bet they'll lower the requirement of the glyph as well. Since the ability was taught at lvl 62, that was also the lvl requirement.

2 weeks from now, highly doubt its next week. unless their gonna drop it and 40-50 other minor bug fixes after like they did w/ some of the older BC patches.

I thought I read data mined info that the patch release date was on the week of dec 14th.

yeah thts not 1 week thts 2. And i'm still disapointed, the patch notes include info of the bg titles, but their not actually implemented yet. WTB screenies of my rogue w/ of sentinel and warsong title!!! (copied rogue before faction changed and again after =DDDDDD)

bump, to the 1st page till it hits.

Seems patch is tomorrow. :D Can't wait to transfer some BoAs most of all.

I don't see it, there are still things like my PvP faction titles that have not been implemented on the PTR. And they haven't fixed that melee glitch in IC either as of 2 night ago.

people all say that it is tomorrow because of how a blue posted to a question that was asked...

you are giving us all this info, does that means tomorrow is the patch release day ?

blue answer: it does ? :)

and now everyone thinks its tomorrow.

i seriously would like it to be tomorrow but i certainly doubt it.

season tends to be around 17-18 weeks long and last season started september first. at least thats what they say on wowhead. using that cal, wowhead calculates around 16+ not the 8th.

with this theory in mind i think i vote for not tomorrow, but next week or in two weeks maximum. maybe a gift for christmas even, which would further the theory intot he 15-16 being right ! since the xmas event starts those days !

It's tomorrow. MMO is never wrong about this. Also they never release patches and seasons the same week and the average season length end would be early Jan.

Hope to see some of you guys for some quick clearing of some instances. :D

Cross-realm instances are now available and use an improved matchmaking system to assist players in looking for additional party members. As with Battlegrounds, the realms in each Battlegroup are connected.
