3.2 PTR - Observations

Ok for all thoose of you that happen to still be in the wait list for the ptr.

And feel a bit flooded by all the info and discussion popping up lately.

I hereby present you with a all in one update to get you back on track.

OBSERVATIONS OF PTR PATCH 3.2



After you have read the patchnotes, lets start with professions.



Lolprofs in 3.2

As all of you may or may not know between patch 3.0.1 und 3.0.8 we

twinks could max out or professions and gain 445 in every gathering

prof.



I have documented that mining and skinning are still unchanged.

Normal profs

- lifeblood has been buffed for a bit. This has also been documented and

discussed here before:

Heirloom items

Copied from all over twinkinfo. they are just here so this is as complete

as possible.

Shaman Changes

There are a lot of changes that have come to this class.

The first one is of corse that ghost wolf can be leared at level 16.

If you are already 19 - just visit the nearest trainer and be happy.

Also this "hyped" totem bar issue. Here is a pic of it. I will just for myself

continue to play as before. - But get your own ideas

XP in Bg's and XP Eliminiation

There is a couple of things i noticed. The noxp guys seem bugged on the

ptr for a couple of reasons. The most significant one beeing i can

if i want buy noxp 50 to 100 times in a row. without re enabling xp gains.

Plus it actually doesnt turn off getting xp at the PTR. This may just

be a ptr specific issue that i was unable to confirm yet. But i assume you

would still get xp in bgs when you buy this. at the current state.

Everything xp whise has been tested and documented by me except for

discovery xp. I will do that later on.

New Battlemaster

As stated in the patchnotes all the old battlemasters are gone now!

They have been replaced by one battlemaster where you can sign up for

all battlegrounds avible (havnt checked yet if they removed the npcs in

the wild too (like the silverwings guys at the old entrance)

Portal to the blasted lands

I have also got a screenshot of the portal to the blased lands. The sw

variant of corse. This is not soo much twink related but still useful knowlege.

It is located in a room close to the battlemasters in sw.

Cute Raptor pet

Yet another cute goldsink by blizz. only 50g in dalaran at the pet shop.

You gotta love theese critters.

can you check if the lvl 60 requirement has been removed from epic mounts (ex. Barons)...b/c if i can get the Barons mount @ 49 idc how much farming it takes, ITS MINE MUAHAHAHAH!!!!



oh and also do you know it they're putting in 'PvP' BoA chests like the other PvP ones in WG that have resil?

i cannot confirm the resil chests as i havnt heard or seen anything so far.

another thought that strikes me is that the pve chests all have 0 armour

at any stage. Bug mistake or intention only time will tell.

a friend of mine told me you can now get the winterspring sabre at 40

but i havnt confirmed that eather.

this is where you sign up in dalaran

Mage stuffs

HEre is a new glyph as far as i know - its really awsome and obtainable at

15 plus so cc in wsg groups isnt that hard anymore as we now have sheep,

penguin and POLAR BEAR

Rouge Axe Skillz

Added aswell here's a few screenshots.

For alli the correspondin trainer is located in ironforge in the military ward.

Mount cast time

Was announced to change from 3 secs to 1.5 sec

however doesnt work on the riding turtle, cant confirm for other mounts

atm.
