Curious to know people's thoughts about what will be BiS/most used for arms warriors/ret paladins, etc.

The Favorites:

NOTE: this is showing the ilvl 168 version of the proc for this weapon; it won't be this strong. I'm not sure what the actual numbers are and haven't been able to test it.

Runeblade of Baron Rivendare

Two-Hand Sword
26 - 44 Damage Speed 3.60
(9.75 damage per second)

Two-Hand Axe

Has anyone had a chance to test out a level 49 version of Kang to see how much the bleed does?

The Contenders (also-rans?):
Ilvl 58 BoE two-handers are going to have a top end of 52, plus decent stats (see: Blade of the Titans, Archaic Defender, Combatant Claymore, etc.) --OR-- a top end of 52 plus an effect (see: Nightblade) --OR-- a top end of 56 and an effect (see: Burning War Axe, Fiery War Axe, Killmaim, etc.) --OR-- a top of of 56 and stats (see: Executioner's Cleaver, Hellslayer Battle Axe, Prospector's Axe, etc.).

+25 Strength
+11 Haste

Has anyone had a chance to test out a level 49 version of these proc weapons to see how much damage the effects deal?

Some of the above look pretty ok; some of them look pretty lousy.

Then there's the BoA Axe:

Bloodied Arcanite Reaper
Item Level 51
Heirloom Upgrade Level: 0/3
Binds to Blizzard Battle.net account
Two-Hand Axe
23 - 48 Damage Speed 3.60
(9.89 damage per second)
+14 Strength
+21 Stamina
+18 Critical Strike

Better top end than Sul and Riv, plus solid stats; worth using it over some of the BoEs?

The Dark Horses:

Treant's Bane
Item Level 48
Binds when picked up
Two-Hand Axe
21 - 45 Damage Speed 3.60
(9.26 damage per second)
+18 Strength
+8 Stamina
+8 Critical Strike

... why would you use this? :p

Sul'Thraze's combination of stats and proc will likely carry it over the top, but it intrigues me that so many other weapons have considerably higher top-end damage. I'm also interested to see a level 49 Kang; the superior top-end damage might bring it back to the bracket if the bleed is good enough. Also, we might see Executioner's Cleaver again, an old staple for 49s, again because of the nasty top end and solid stats.

Will you be using something other than Sul'Thraze? If so, why?

Please remove this kind of topic still pre patch or bfa is out, don't wan't that sul'thraze will be nerfed as the "breath of" enchant
