29s Feral Need some advice

Hello fellow twinks!

So with the might upcoming change to 29s being a thing again. What is the way to go if you wanted to go feral? What stats and build would be optimal?

Personally, I would go with Crit to 25-30% & the rest in Vers>Haste, & Play a bleed, kite style, as you won't have much energy as feral at low levels. The build I would run https://www.wowhead.com/talent-calc/druid/feral/mf

But not sure why I would spend so much into crit, I was thinking Vers>Mastery/Haste if possible? But not sure..
