He means he is the only one on the list.
That doesn't necessarily mean he isn't the only one that exists. Not everyone bothers to have their characters on the armory.

yeah thats understandable dont worry- because this felforged gear was actually meant for level 100 characters at the time- it had a set ilvl of 700, that doesnt show up as scaled down to the lower twink levels.
